Notes:
* Ran 'mvn clean install -Dmaven.javadoc.skip=true', which includes
the RAT plugin execution.
* Checked for compiled archives by searching for ".jar", ".bin",
".zip" and ".tar.gz" in the expanded source archives
* Built the blobstore-basics and compute-basics examples for
jclouds-examples and ran them successfully against aws-s3/aws-ec2
* Getting the jclouds-karaf integration tests to pass took a bunch of
attempts, but in the end they finally all passed
