OK, so "Affects Version(s): 1.6.1" is *not* supposed to imply "affects all versions up to and including 1.6.1"?
In that case, should one include all the previous versions (up to some sensible limit) affected by the bug, since in many cases things broken in e.g. 1.5.10 are also broken in older versions of 1.5.x? What would "some sensible limit" be in that situation?
