I looked into the blobstore live tests last night and found some
failures across providers, both permanent and transient.  Let's start
automation with cloudfiles-us since we have credentials, it has only one
permanent failure[1], and we have a depth of OpenStack contributors.
How can we use Apache infrastructure to run these against this provider?
