I'm happy to volunteer to admin an openstack and/or cloudstack cluster if
we can get the hardware for it.  I actually haven't set up a cloudstack
cluster yet, but it looks easy enough, and I have some external motivators
for learning the pains of being in charge of one.  I have admin'ed a very
large openstack deployment, which is where most of the post-diablo provider
was written against, so that's easy enough for me to take on.
