I'm happy to volunteer to admin an openstack and/or cloudstack cluster if we can get the hardware for it. I actually haven't set up a cloudstack cluster yet, but it looks easy enough, and I have some external motivators for learning the pains of being in charge of one. I have admin'ed a very large openstack deployment, which is where most of the post-diablo provider was written against, so that's easy enough for me to take on.
