That's right. Different deployments of OpenStack Marconi could have different values for these things.
I'd prefer not to break the builder pattern to get this in there. I'd rather just remove the properties and the validation. It happens on the server side anyway. These are just guard rails for users. I'd have to document it with a "consult your provider documentation for the values."
