I ran the RAT (Release Audit Tool) over the codebase in preparation for

I fixed up files with missing Licenses except one that has a copyright

Rob - could you attend to:

jena-core/src/test/java/com/hp/hpl/jena/reasoner/rulesys/test/TestRuleLoad
er.java

Fixed

Thanks ...

Can we set up a plugin to check for ASL in the java files? The RAT has a reporting plugin but I don't know if there is one to fail the build if it detects misalignment. http://code.google.com/p/maven-license-plugin/?

... thanks.

Other than that, it's the usual suspects, and we look to be sufficiently
clean for the release. The files caught by the audit are the numerous
small testing files and also material from W3C WG's that is W3C license
(and not usually marked as such).
