You can turn the bug into an ehancement, and edit the Summary appropriately.
But from the discussion, it seems quite hard. So I'm happy if you just close
this as invalid.
Or maybe ask the UTF_8.Decoder developers to add location information? Rather
than obtaining it with workarounds.
