    JENA-938: Nonfunctional cleanup in various modules

    Remove some forms of dead code from jena-jdbc and its submodules, jena-sdb, 
jena-spatial, jena-tdb and jena-text, including:
    
    Unthrown checked exceptions
    Unnecessary superinterface declarations
    Needless typecasts
    Unused imports
