Andy Seaborne commented on JENA-1088:
-------------------------------------
Some javascript validation would be good - better feedback - though the server
ought to be neutral as to the request coming from the UI or a scripted process.
"proposal" was an offer to do the server side.
I did find the UI seems to do something with multiple spaces - maybe that is
because of the validation (I didn't look at the JS). I found that trailing
white space disappeared and multiple internal white space became one white
space. It does not seem to be just HTML - the query form was also affected.
> Fuseki 2 allows duplicate datasets when using only spaces in name

> Was testing Fuseki 2, before reviewing the docs, and decided to experiment a
> few things. Looks like if you use just spaces in the dataset name, you are
> allowed to create a new one, and it gets the name "/". Which is fine.
> But if you try that again with another random number of spaces, it inserts
> another dataset with the same name.
