Dexx Collections has

my PR to give OSGi metadata to their Java artifact. They are willing to make a
Maven Central release, but they would like to make sure that the new OSGi
metadata is good for us. @jpullmann, can you pull a fresh copy of `master` from
Dexx, build it (it needs Gradle) and check it with this Jena PR? If that's
annoying for you, just let me know. I can build you a Dexx artifact OSGi-fied
according to my PR locally and get it to you.
