I'm imagining a bag of new methods in `HttpOp` similar to what's there now,
with the additional `HttpContext` param, and the methods that are now there
would call through those new methods with `null` in that slot, much like what
happens now with many of the other params. Then I would have to extend the
availability of `HttpContext` out into `HttpQuery` and `QueryEngineHTTP`, etc.
