I am utterly at a loss with this. I can reliably cause the fault using @afs
's advice, but I cannot see any interaction path between those test classes.
`Statement::setMaxRows` seems to be operating perfectly well, but I can't see
any other particular quality to those
`connection_statement_query_select_max_rows` tests. I will look at this
tomorrow with fresh eyes.
