I'm positively amazed by the patience and (relative) politeness of especially Lorenz on jena-user, and at the same time appalled by the quality of some of the questions.

I think that sometimes just linking to https://jena.apache.org/help_and_support/#how-to-ask-a-good-question would be enough, but of course, a polite and helpful answer is always better.
