I would like to specify default query string params in the factory, then
override or supplement them on a per-request basis.
For example, I may want to add "?optimize=2" for certain queries that benefit
from additional analysis from the MarkLogic query planner.
I also want to specify HTTP headers in the factory to support MarkLogic's
digest authentication. Do you want a separate issue for this?
