But that was some time ago. Perhaps it's time to look again, or maybe look at some of the other alternatives under discussion early in TIM's creation. Ok, enough spamming this PR about data structures. I wonder if we could split the difference with metrics by implementing Micrometer and allowing people to "bring their own" adapter in a JAR?
