Failed with JVM 13 but not a blocker IMO.
Checked signatures of archives in the dist area, and found no issues. There is
only a zip for the sources, but I think the .tar.gz is not really required.
Also had a look inside the files in the dist area and in the tag (NOTICE,
README, LICENSE) and found no issues.

2.9.10 due to an alert from the GitHub security scan.
The SHACL tests have been moved to have them added to source-release
