With jena-text-es retired, breaking the dependency connection, and next release
being Jena 4.0.0, we can jump the Lucene version.
Current latest is 8.8.0.
An initial test shows that StandardFilter has been removed.
It was deprecated in Lucene 7 and it was a no-op. Presumable, jena-text just
needs to ignore it in a configuration file now.
