Yes - and remove the mention of {{StandardFilter}} for assembler vocabulary.
{{StandardFilter}} which is a no-op in 7.x and does not exist in 8.x and gives
a one-line compile time error in jena-text.
At some point soon, the version will be 4.0.0-SNAPSHOT. I was going to time
that with the branch changes.
