I think it's generally OK, but it looks wrong to have the Twitter
logos next to the ASF logo, as they apply to JMeter and not the ASF.

I did another mockup of just the index page here:

The spacing probably needs to be adjusted to move the Twitter logos
closer to the JMeter logo.
