I think this is finally fixed.

I think it's now working OK and should be reasonably easy to update as
necessary.

Which reminds me - at present the nightly job creates apidocs.
However there is no link to them.

I'm not sure it's worth creating (and publishing) apidocs for nightly builds.

So I propose to drop those steps from the build.
