Done — stripped the Apache license headers from `AGENTS.md`, `SECURITY.md`, and `THREAT_MODEL.md` (they're reference docs consumed by agents/scanners, so the headers were just token overhead), and added all three to `.ratignore` so the RAT check stays green. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
