This is simply not true.
I would first of all argue that everything you get when you require
'jruby' is totally volatile since it's a peek into the internals.
Further, the JRuby.parse functionality does not live in org.jruby.Ruby -
even if it actually uses org.jruby.Ruby.
That said, that change probably could have used a default argument
instead, but it's absolutely not a supported API and that's the reason
for the oversight.
