So far, I like it! It cuts rake startup time almost in half:
jruby -S rake -T 6.08s user 0.43s system 98% cpu 6.606 total
jruby-ng -S rake -T 0.00s user 0.01s system 0% cpu 3.346 total
Almost all of my slow-jvm-startup frustrations are from trying to run
Rake tasks, so this a huge win.
