Nick juggled things around a bit, and there's now an ant target to set it up:
ant jruby-nailgun

Do you have a suggestion for integrating nailgun with suite of shell scripts
which start ruby programs like gem?
Perhaps alias or ln jruby-ng to "jruby" or "ruby"? Or you could
certainly modify the scripts in question to run jruby-ng.
