Thanks for the clarification Paul. I'm hoping to hear more from the Sun OSS experts after the weekend too, so we'll see how things move forward from here.
So we'll leave things in limbo for the moment until there's an actual entity that can be granted unlimited copyright, and hopefully that will help things move forward better from here.
