Seems like RubyGems are already doing the right thing (no, I did not ask them :-)). Why would you want rubygems to change back if you attribute rubygems naming of the gem tool as "gem" on jruby as the main reason to go for the conflicting name "gem" instead of the friendlier "jgem" ? Anyway, I guess I won't be able to convince you so I will just have to continue patching the jruby installations to my liking on my own machine :-) Find din nye laptop på kelkoo.dk.
