Fix For: JRuby 1.1.3
As of about 5 days ago, test-all does not run to completion. It appears there's
something causing too much permgen use, which leads to permgen errors in the
best case and a JVM crash in the worst.
We need to get test-all working again before 1.1.3 can be released.
