some ports back from a maven plugin which I am using and which cloned the
rake-maven-plugin.
* allow to fork the jruby process or not, handle the launch directory in both
cases
* use the plugin without pom
* specify the jruby version via config parameter, which makes the plugins jruby
dependency obsolete
* some improvements to pom.xml
integration test I started but wait for some feedback before I proceed
