[regression] ri is broken on Windows

Type anything, like: jruby -S ri Array
The output freezes half way, one have to kill ri by Ctrl-C.
This is a regression. Bisection points to a huge commit
69c2de549ac00c18f3d3df19489064a238210b0b: [1.8.7] Merge 1.8.7 stdlib :(
Will investigate.
