Every time 'ant test' is invoked or 'ant install-gems' or any other target that
invokes maybe_install_gems command, we reinstall all 4 built-in gems, which is
time consuming and annoying on Windows, since this overwrites the BAT files in
bin directory, so that 'git status' is not empty.
Will fix.
