Consider upgrading the bundled version of BND. I just found a bug in previous
releases of BND which causes a new copy of the JRuby JAR to be left in the
system temp dir (as tmpbnd*.jar) every time JRuby is built from sources (if tmp
is on a different volume from sources); this can cause disk space issues for
continuous builders and so on:

The just-released BND 0.0.389 ought to fix this issue, so please upgrade when
you get a chance:

JRuby 1.4.0 still seems to be using build_lib/bnd-0.0.249.jar which I guess is
pretty old.
