We want an OS X installer for the 1.5 release. David Calavera has started on
this.
A few requirements:
* pkgtool-based, similar to the Python installer (I believe)
* must tweak bin/jruby and other scripts to support an "exploded" deployment,
since installing into a separate jruby home would not really be the *nix way
* need to address name conflicts with rake, irb, etc; probably forces the issue
of using "j" prefixes for everything all the time
