Interesting...I wonder why ruby-debug has two files with different
cases. An issue for ruby-debug to fix I imagine (though it may be
harmless). Unfortunately, I don't think anyone maintains ruby-debug
anymore :)

Thanks for the extra footwork on this! I imagine it's the same issue
on the server, and we'll make sure it uses 1.7.0 to build. I'm not
positive what version it's using right now.
