Good news! MRI and RubySpec both look good in 1.9 mode. I have not run
all other tests, but these are my 99% cases. Passing them means we're
looking pretty solid on the pom-ng build.
We need to move the test-extended suite into rake, and then we'll
pretty much have all the stuff we run in travis running through rake.
That will leave items we run on our jenkins instance like test-all.
