When extending JSPWiki, it would be useful to have the test support classes 
(f.ex., TestEngine) as a Maven dependency, so they can be used to test custom 
plugins, filters, page providers, etc.

The suggested approach is to use 
[jar:test-jar|http://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-jar-plugin/test-jar-mojo.html].
