I tried to reproduce this on a running instance: Tomcat 10.1 with a build of
master plus an unrelated parser change, Chrome. The parent page has a
tabbedSection with tabs named 1 and 2, and tab 1 contains an InsertPage of the
child page. The child page has a tabbedSection with the same tab names 1 and 2.
The page is not garbled. The HTML from the server has balanced div elements,
and the browser shows two tab bars, the child one inside tab 1 of the parent.
Switching works: parent tab 2 shows only the parent text of tab 2. Going back
to parent tab 1 shows the parent text and the child with its tab 1. Child tab 2
shows the text of tab 2 of the child.
So it does not reproduce with the current code. I did not test the old versions
of the report, other browsers or Internet Explorer, and the pages were not
saved through the editor, they were loaded from files. I leave the issue open
so the reporter can confirm with the exact pages that still fail.
