Checked in the code of master. The plugins in the default module list include
RecentChangesPlugin, ReferringPagesPlugin, ReferredPagesPlugin, SearchPlugin
and others, but no Query plugin and none that combines a search with the recent
changes. The question of 2014 about the use case that the request has in mind
is not answered in the issue, so there is nothing specific to implement.
Leaving the issue open for the reporter to describe the use case.
