Checked in the code of master. The editor does accept drops: Wiki.Edit.js gives
the editor a handler, processDragAndDropData, but it reads only the
text/uri-list and text/html parts of the dropped data and turns them into wiki
links or markup. It does not read dropped files, so a file is not uploaded as
an attachment; uploads go through the Add attachment page, Upload.jsp. Limits:
I read the code and did not drop a file in a browser. Leaving the issue open as
a feature request.
