Summary: Add the translation of JSPWiki into Slovenian (sl)

Part of JSPWIKI-1325.
Add Slovenian (sl) as a language of JSPWiki:
* the resource bundles CoreResources_sl, templates/default_sl and
plugin/PluginResources_sl (about 700 strings),
* a jspwiki-wikipages module sl with the 38 core wiki pages, listed in
jspwiki-wikipages/pom.xml and jspwiki-bom/pom.xml,
* its code in the LANGS list of TranslationsCheck and in the list of
WikiSyntaxConverter.
java TranslationsCheck sl compares the keys of the bundles with the English
ones.
Please take this issue only if you speak Slovenian, or if someone who does can
review the result.
