More languages for JSPWiki.
Today JSPWiki is available in 10 languages: de, en, es, fi, fr, it, nl, pt_BR,
ru and zh_CN. Measured in master on 3 November 2026: each of the 9 translations
has all the keys of the three resource bundles (CoreResources: 125 keys,
templates/default: 513, PluginResources: 59). The core wiki pages are the gap:
the Finnish set has 14 of the 38 pages of the English one.
A new language needs:
* the three resource bundles (CoreResources_xx, templates/default_xx and
plugin/PluginResources_xx, about 700 strings),
* a jspwiki-wikipages module with the 38 core pages, listed in
jspwiki-wikipages/pom.xml and jspwiki-bom/pom.xml,
* its code in the LANGS list of TranslationsCheck (which compares the keys of a
language with the English ones: java TranslationsCheck <language>) and in the
list of WikiSyntaxConverter.
Each language is a child issue. Please take one only if you speak the language,
or can have the result reviewed by someone who does. Languages written from
right to left are not part of this epic until it has been checked that the skin
supports them; I have not checked that.
