Hi all voters: Let me update one message: I updated the KIP part content and related code according to Chia-Ping's suggestions. Let me paste the change here: having TopicBasedRemoteLogMetadataManager (instead of RemoteLogMetadataManager) implement BrokerReadyCallback.
