Hi everyone,
I would like to start the discussion on a proposed KIP related to KAFKA-13678.
This idea follows the suggestion in the JIRA discussion to extend the existing
scheduling mechanism with a time-shift parameter rather than introducing a new
abstraction. The goal is to allow globally aligned scheduling while keeping the
API simple and consistent with current semantics.
