As a developer
I want to be able to run groups of tests that I think are relevant to my change
So that I don't have to wait for / hog resources for all tests in some package
It'd be really useful to be able to create a TestSuite on the command line that
included a set of tests to be run. Ideally we could make these parameterised
tests too, but that's probably not vital.
