So the plan is to only change the group name for Karaf 1.x and change
the package names as well for Karaf 2.x.  Does it really make sense to
do that in two steps?  There are probably not that many projects out
there at the moment that are using Karaf and actually refer to the
Karaf packages (e.g. Camel only has a Karaf features descriptor).  Why
not bite the bullet and move everything over at once?
