It’s actually a good idea. And in addition of the release by itself, help on 
Jira triage would be very helpful as well ;)

About more fine grained repo, according we find a good balance (between not too 
small and clever grouping), it could be helpful. I’m not sure it will reduce 
the release time in term of content (when I see the third party releases like 
Felix or Pax …), it can increase the release "parallelism".
