Thanks a lot for your hard work JBO!

I'm sorry for not finishing Pax Web 8 on time ;( Still working on it -
after we've decided to ship Karaf 4.3.0 with Pax Web 7.3.x, I decided I
have to go back for a while to my paid job a bit ;). But I promise I'll
finish pax-web 8.
TODO:
 - war support (based on finished Whiteboard and HttpService support)
 - tests for preprocessors
 - review war: and webbundle: schemes in pax-url
