This release is a maintenance release bringing fixes and dependency updates.
Especially this release includes:
- fix race condition between the FeaturesService and FeatureDeploymentListener
- fix --patch-module on Instance startup
- add exec:groovy shell command
- dependency updates including CVE fixes (Johnzon, BouncyCastle,
Commons FileUpload)
- better JDK20 support

So there are a few third party upgrades missing:
- wagon-1.5.3
- jline-3.23.0
- commons-compress-1.24.0

but I do not believe they are worth a respin. I have this upgrade passing basic upgrade tests in ODL.
