Hi Robert, About jline, it has been postponed because it breaks the tab binding in the shell console, so I need more time to fix that (see https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KARAF-7723).
commons-compress has been upgraded with the version available at time of release preparation (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KARAF-7702). I will update for next release. wagon needs also pax-url update (in progress). NB: Karaf 4.4.5 will be submitted to vote very soon as I would like to provide Spring 6 features.
