Hey there, I could see some examples in the `incubator-kie-kogito-examples`
that uses `infinispan` for `data-index` [1] and references old `
quay.io/kiegroup` images (
quay.io/kiegroup/kogito-data-index-infinispan:${KOGITO_VERSION) . I
searched in the Docker hub registry and couldn't find the respective image
[2]. Do we still support `infinispan` for `data-index`? Additionally,
