Hi all,

Well … if you made all initial committers PPMC members, then these should all
be subscribed to that list.
Generally if someone’s not on the PPMC, that person should generally not be
subscribed to that list
(however PPMCs and PMCs for TLPs are allowed to decide on who is subscribed)

I’d also like to point out, that at Apache all people with „Member“ status are
entitled to be subscribed to almost any email list they want to.
You can see who’s a member in whimsy and on this page
https://people.apache.org/committer-index.html (Here Members are printed in
bold font)

Chris

I agree, we need a cleanup. Could someone from our incubation mentors help
to see if that is possible, please?

Best regards,
Tibor
